Return policy - short vape

3-day right of return

With kurzvape, we grant you a three-day right of return. From the day you receive your goods, you have three days to request a return if you are not satisfied with the item you have received.

Requirements for a return

For a return to be recognised, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered - unopened, unused, with all original labels attached and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please also have your proof of purchase or receipt ready, as this will be needed to process the return.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at kurzvape@proton.me. Once we have checked and approved your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Please note: Returns received without prior authorisation will not be accepted. It is therefore essential that you contact us first.

Damaged or faulty goods

We recommend that you check your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If you notice that an item has arrived damaged, has a defect or does not correspond to your order, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Items excluded from return

Not all products can be returned. Exceptions include perishable goods, customised products, hygiene articles and hazardous substances such as flammable liquids or gases. If you are not sure whether a particular item can be returned, please contact us in advance.

Exchange of articles

We recommend the following procedure for an exchange: Firstly, send the original item back to us. As soon as the return has been authorised by us, you can place the desired replacement item in a new order. In this way, we can guarantee a quick and smooth processing.

Refund processing

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will inform you of the processing status of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the final credit. If the refund has not been credited to your account 15 working days after authorisation, please contact us again at unterkurzvape@proton.me.
