Shipping and delivery - kurzvape
Order processing and dispatch time: Orders received are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days. There is no dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Parcel tracking: As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the corresponding tracking data. Please note that it may take 1 to 2 days for the tracking information to be updated on the respective tracking website.
Cancellations and address changes: As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it at any time or have the delivery address changed. Once your order has been dispatched, no refunds or subsequent changes of address are possible.
DDP shipping (Delivery Duty Paid): We offer DDP shipping for a number of countries. For you, this means: no independent customs clearance, no import duties incurred. The following regions are supplied in this way:
- Great Britain: Local DPD Express - delivery time 7-12 days
- Europe: UPS / DPD / DHL Express - delivery time 10-15 days
European countries with DDP shipping: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain.
The actual delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping method selected. A standard delivery time of 8 to 13 days applies to all European countries listed.
